We’ll guide you through the whole process providing just the right balance of custom and creative that you’re looking for.
PLANNING
Make sure our styles align, we’re happy to chat online or on the phone to see what you need and if we can accommodate you.
We’ll look at our availability and yours and mutually agree on a date.
We lock it in by paying your deposit.
We’ll send you a questionnaire so we can get to know you even more and start planning locations, styling and goals for the shoot ❤. Depending on you and your package this could take a few weeks, or even a few hours.
SHOOT DAY
On shoot day, we keep things light and fun. You be you, and we’ll handle everything and capture your essence with every click.
We start off with easy stuff that is less about you posing, and we’ll ease you into doing more. We have spidey senses and we’ll notice if you’re uncomfortable, we’ll take breaks, have a chat & realign ourselves and carry on.
Got a crazy idea for your business photos? Bring it! We’ve done skis, capes, fake walls and so much more. Challenge us creatively, lets partay!

Planning & Pre-Shoot FAQS
Are we a match?
Please be sure that our styles align by checking out our work. If you have a certain aesthetic, get in touch and we can make sure our style suits your brand.
We are happy to have a chat, either by phone or Zoom or we can email if you want to discuss style and ideas before going ahead.
Working with a designer or creative?
If you are working with a third-party creative and you want them to have a say in your shoot outcomes, please involve them early on. We would much rather collaborate on a project as early in the planning as possible.
This ensures locations and choices around clothing and colours are all going to work with the visions of your team.
Where do the shoots take place?
Literally anywhere. We do coastal, urban & workplace settings. And often hire central Auckland Studios depending on your needs ;)
How many people can be included in Team shoots?
Our Team Shoot Experience is suitable for up to 9 people. Contact us if you have a bigger team than that and we will put a package together to suit.
What is the outcome of the shoot?
The SheShoots personal brand experience and Team Shoots have been developed to create a set of images to cover your base marketing needs and MORE… cause you gettem all.
We’re skilled at creating images that will work in a multitude of environments which ensures you get fantastic value.
At the end of the day, you’re about to level up!
What happens if the weather is bad on the shoot day?
You'll be surprised how effective we can be and the quality of the shots we can get in relatively poor weather but if the forecast is extreme, you can absolutely postpone and we'll arrange another time. Often for outdoor shoots, we can pencil in some rain dates.
How soon will we get the photos?
SheShoots will deliver proof photographs to you for you to select from within 7 working days of the photoshoot via an online gallery system that is easy to use.

To secure your place, book your preferred date and pay your deposit online via our online booking system.
We’ll be in touch via email and will include a questionnaire to fill out so we can get a good idea of what will best serve your business and can then arrange a time to chat via phone to answer and queries and confirm all the details.
