What Is Image Licensing?

Image licensing is the legal permission that tells you how you can use a photo — whether it’s just for social media, or plastering it on packaging, websites, and billboards.

HOW SHESHOOTS LICENSING WORKS:

HERO Images & Mini Shoot Images | EXTENDED LICENCE
These are your gold-star shots.
You get full commercial rights to use them wherever you like:
website, print, ads, packaging, socials. the lot.

B-SET IMAGES aka THE REST | LIMITED LICENCE
These are great for keeping your socials ticking over. You can use them on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
But they’re not licensed for your website, other websites, print,or ads.

Your licence also pertains to your business only. If you have a third-party wanting to make use of your super rad shot, let us know and we’ll contract them in for an extra fee.
