Giveaway Terms & Conditions – SheShoots Brand Essentials Competition

1. Promoter
This competition is run by SheShoots (Nykie Grove-Eades), Auckland, New Zealand.

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over.

Entrants must be operating an active business at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of SheShoots are not eligible to enter.
Current and past clients of SheShoots are unable to enter also - soz!

3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
• Subscribe to the SheShoots mailing list via the official entry form.
• Follow SheShoots on Instagram (if applicable at time of entry).

Only one entry per person. Duplicate or incomplete entries may be removed, but we appreciate your keenness!

4. Prize
The prize is one (1) SheShoots “Brand Essentials” package valued at $1,390 + GST.

The prize includes:
• 25 Hero Edits
• All B-Set images
• Generous licensing as per SheShoots standard contract

The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
The prize cannot be transferred to another person or business.

5. Suitability & Brand Fit
SheShoots reserves the right to determine whether the winner and their business are a suitable fit for the SheShoots brand style and offering.

If the selected winner is deemed not to be a suitable fit, or is unable to proceed under the standard SheShoots contract terms, SheShoots reserves the right to redraw the prize.

6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random on 25th March 2026.

The winner will be notified via email within 3 business days.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, SheShoots reserves the right to redraw the prize.

7. Marketing & Email Consent
By entering this competition, participants agree to be added to the SheShoots mailing list for marketing communications.

SheShoots will not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties.

Participants may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in emails.

8. Use of Images
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that SheShoots may use images from the shoot for promotional, portfolio, website, and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the shoot.

9. Booking Conditions
The prize shoot must be booked within 3 months of the winner being announced.

The shoot must take place in Auckland (unless otherwise agreed).

Additional products, services, travel, styling, hair and makeup, studio hire outside standard inclusions, or package upgrades are not included unless purchased separately.

10. General
SheShoots reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside its control.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
